The Word's On the Street...EASY EATS

Ok, I know several gals that just don't want to cook. Hey, and that's I Ok, even though I love to cook myself. But it's not for everyone.
So keep in the mind that this particular sexy diet doesn't have to be time consuming when it comes to meal preparation. You can buy things prepared. I REALLY like Trader Joes, and there are a few things in their prepared meals that work well on your "Day's On".
Some of my personal favorites are:
  • Chicken Shu Mai
  • Shrimp Spring Rolls
  • Tofu Spring Rolls
  • The Greek Salad
  • Egg White and Chive Salad
  • Salmon, Egg and Caper Salad
  • Mixed Fruit
  • Mixed Vegetables (just pop in the microwave)
  • A variety of pre-seasoned, chicken, beef and fish (just follow the instructions - basically preheat oven, stick in pan, take out after blah amount of time)
  • Cooked frozen shrimp with tail off
Ahhh, the list goes on and on. Most of you probably already know about Trader Joes, but if you don't happen to know, check out for a location near you by going to their site.
We can all do that, right? Oh, now REALLY, girls....

Back to being the "Good Girl"....

Trader Joes is one of the best stores ever! I haven't really been to one since I moved from Hell-A to Lost Wages, but they have 'em here too. I have discovered different supermarket chains since living here, so going across town to Trader Joe's was being put off.

Anyhow, I do love some of the pre-packaged food there for Days On and Days Off. Today I was peeking at their Soy milk based "ice cream" with cherries and chocolate chips.

Sigh.....not until the weekend, eh?

So to distract myself, I started working with this guy who owns his own classic car restoration shop in town and having him work on my vintage 1979 Dodge Adventurer. I, apparently, have the limited edition model of this truck, as they told me it was a limited release. When I registered it with the auto insurance company, they couldn't even find the truck by name or my VIN number! But it's a HOT truck.

I also have to concentrate and really be a good girl this week, as I may have a couple of photo shoots scheduled by the end of the week. But as soon as I am done shooting, I will be waiting to eat what I want for the evening. And something chocolate.
A "Save the Diet" trick I learned while being out and about:

If you are going out with friends or with co-workers or whatever, stick to steamed or plain grilled vegetable and fish dishes. And having sushi is a great way to be good....just cut out the rice and salty miso soup.

Check out my website to learn more about this diet that really WORKS....and you can still have fun.

See you soon.....
